We are God fearing and want to stay true to HIS Word. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 states "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought at a price. So, glorify God in your body."

We can do that by taking time out to pamper ourselves and give ourselves a much-needed break from the daily ins and outs of our busy lives. As a mother of five, I can honestly say that even though I know what I should do to help relieve stress, I don’t usually do that. I tend to put my kids first while getting burned out and drained, then in return I don’t’ have the energy to be the best mom possible. It’s counterintuitive to give your all to your family while neglecting taking care of yourself, then you can't give your closest people what they need from you since you are stressed out, drained, and tired.
