After your business applies for an exclusive FREE membership and your
business meets the requirements below you will be offered a JV and capital
contribution contract from Emuna Gifts Corporate. After execution of these
documents, Emuna Gifts Corporate will begin the process of setting up a Emuna
Gifts location in your home town that will be jointly owned between your
business and us.

- Emuna Gifts Corporate will provide a business email address and back office
access to our SMB Partners.

- Emuna Gifts Corporate will cover lease payments and office expenses for the
office space for the duration of the JV Agreement (365 days).

- Emuna Gifts Corporate will cover hardware and software technology expenses
for the new office for the duration of the JV agreement. (365 days)

- Emuna Gifts Corporate will be responsible for hiring the key executives who will
run the office location.

- Emuna Gifts Corporate will provide unlimited marketing dollars for the SMB and
the new office location for the duration of the JV Agreement (365 days).

- Emuna Gifts Corporate will provide unlimited marketing resources and capital
for the SMB for the duration of the JV Contract (365 days)

- Emuna Gifts Corporate will profit share with the SMB from the Flower Moon
location for the duration of the JV Contract (365 days)

What are the qualifications for the SMB Member to partner with us? See below:

-Must submit a FREE Emuna Gifts membership application.
-1 year ACTIVE in business
-Min 500 fico score or higher for primary business owner (80% or higher)
-JV Capital Contribution

***A Capital Contribution is the amount of capital your business agrees to include
in the JV Agreement (Joint Venture Agreement) with Emuna Gifts to open a
location in your town. However, your business or yourself will never be required
to put up any monetary funds to meet the Capital Contribution Requirements for
the JV Agreement with our firm. Our JV Partnership Programs are no money
down, no money up front and no money out of pocket! Our sister company will
assist your business with the Capital Contribution Requirement***
